Dr. Tracy Shroyer
Upskill Expert, Course Creator, & Group Host

Dr. Tracy Shroyer is committed to empowering lifelong learners in their journey, which is reflected in her own academic journey (16 years as a professional student), corporate experience (25+ years), and recent entrepreneurial venture. 

She is the CEO of Upskill U and believes that lifelong learning is critical for people to grow, it doesn’t have to happen alone, and it doesn’t always have to occur in an academic setting. 

In addition to leading Upskill University, she works as a Learning Consultant for a Fortune 500 company and is an adjunct faculty member for a graduate I/O psychology program. Dr. Shroyer holds a PhD in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Mary Rauchenstein
Upskill Expert & Course Creator

Mary Rauchenstein is the owner and chief encouragement officer of Leadership Edge Solutions. Mary is a mastery-level transformational leadership, health and life coach and has completed her certifications through the John Maxwell brand and Health Coach Institute.

Mary has more than 30 years’ experience in leadership positions spanning operations, marketing, training and human resources at brands such as Donatos, Mills James and Rax Restaurants. 

Mary obtained a bachelor’s degree from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University. Mary is a published author who works with amazing professionals who desire to become unstoppable.

Lindsay Dunlap
Upskill Group Host

Lindsay is a farm wife and mother of 2. Lindsay uses her unique life experiences
and mixes it with her 13 years of corporate HR experience along with her

After her husband suffered a traumatic amputation in a farm accident in 2014,
Lindsay poured her heart, soul and all her energy into keeping her family moving
forward. In the beginning of 2018 she realized she couldn’t continue life the way
she was going…she was burnt out, resentful and just plain exhausted.

She now takes her story as her inspiration to support other ambitious, hard-
working women who are at the point of, “but how?!”

She has a unique ability to intuitively and genuinely listen to help guide her clients
through their changes and growth, and is beside them every step of the way.

Kat Hoyer
Upskill Expert

Kat Hoyer, CCA-CC, SCC is the Founder/CEO of SYLC Consulting. She is the creator of STEER Your Life Coaching, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based program that teaches participants Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, and Cognitive Agility. SYLC has a total of 9 STEER Certified Coaches (SCC) across the United States. 

Since venturing out on her own, Kat refers to herself as a “Recovering HR Manager” because she still has a strong passion for the field of Human Resources and Recruiting. She remains active in the HR community bringing her over 20 years of experience. She has never given up her love of helping others in the career advancement arena; focusing heavily on transitional skills, personal advocating, and navigating professional relationships. 

When she’s not working, she’s enjoying her teenage son’s many activities, hanging with her rescued yellow lab, Bree, or finding adventures and relaxing at her family’s cabin in Indiana.
